A message from the Chief Executive Officer
We never set out to be just another training institute.
Since Logic Institute was founded in 2010, our aim has never been to be just another training institute, but to build a learning environment where the learner feels they are shaping their own future — and where organisations find a trusted partner in developing their people.
From the start, we chose to make quality a daily responsibility — present in our programs, our trainers, our follow-up, and every detail that makes a difference to the learner's experience. We made continuous improvement a settled culture within the institute: we learn, we review, we improve, and we begin again — because an institution that calls on others to develop must be the first to practise it.
In 2024, Logic Institute became the first CIPS Centre of Excellence in Bahrain and the Middle East, and in 2026 it earned the Outstanding rating from the Bahrain Quality Assurance Authority (BQA).
We are proud of these achievements, but they are not a destination — they are evidence of the path we chose, and a responsibility that drives us to keep building a professional, motivating environment that supports individuals and organisations, and helps make Bahraini talent and the national workforce the first choice, with confidence and merit.

Among them is Abdul-Elah Ahmed, FCIPS — the first Bahraini Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, with more than three decades across banking, healthcare, and aviation, and former Director of Materials Management at the Ministry of Health.
