You'll cover the administrative tasks behind every commercial contract — quotations, tenders, orders, delivery notes, invoices, contract registers — plus how to negotiate competitive pricing, run effective tendering processes from market research through award, and measure contract performance using KPIs, SMART targets, and risk registers.
