Core module · 12 credits · Constructed Response (CR) exam · 3-hour duration. This foundation module establishes the language and frameworks used across the rest of the diploma. You'll work with the CIPS Procurement Cycle as the structuring model for everything that follows, and develop an informed view of how procurement and supply chain functions are organized, governed, and held accountable across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
