Course Overview

A signed contract is the start of the work, not the end. This module covers the dynamics of supplier relationships across the lifecycle — from selection and onboarding through performance management to partnership or termination. Includes portfolio analysis, STEEPLED scanning, and the discipline of running a partnership.

What you'll learn

  • Apply portfolio matrices to allocate procurement attention across the supplier base
  • Manage cross-functional teams through stages of forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning
  • Build and run partnership relationships — and recognize when they should be terminated
  • Apply STEEPLED analysis to anticipate environmental change in supply chains
