Core module · 12 credits · Constructed Response (CR) exam · 3-hour duration. The global-strategy module. You'll evaluate strategic decisions at the commercial level, apply STEEPLED and Porter's Five Forces to analyse global supply chains, work through portfolio matrices (growth/share, directional policy, parenting), evaluate strategy implementation methods (organic, M&A, alliances), and manage the financial risks (market, credit, liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity) that come with operating globally.
