Core module · 12 credits · Constructed Response (CR) exam · 3-hour duration. The network-design and optimisation module. You'll evaluate the relationship between functional, business, and corporate strategy levels; design supply chain networks using segmentation and tiering; apply lean and agile thinking to demand variability; build supply chain collaboration through data integration and shared services; measure performance using KPIs and balanced scorecards; and assess strategic fit across the cost-responsiveness frontier.
