Course Overview

Procurement happens through people. This module covers how individuals influence organizational success, how cross-functional teams work (and fail), and how to navigate organizational change — from small adjustments to major restructures. Includes the PEST triggers that force change on procurement teams.

Core module · 6 credits · Objective Response (OR) exam · 2-hour duration. The behavioural module. You'll cover how individual procurement professionals contribute to organizational success, how cross-functional teams form, perform, and fail, the types and triggers of organizational change (evolution, adaption, revolution, reconstruction), and the methods change leaders use to clarify goals, empower teams, and maintain momentum.
