You'll cover contracting options for programmes (EPC, design-build, DBO, PPP), the major institutional contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, IMechE, JCT, CIPS model), pricing mechanisms (fixed lump sum, activity schedule, target costing, cost reimbursable), investment appraisal methods (payback, ARR, DCF, NPV, IRR), and the organisational culture and change-management dimensions of programme success.
