Course Overview

What you'll learn

  • Design a supply network using value net analysis (suppliers, customers, competitors, complementors)
  • Make strategic make-or-buy and outsourcing decisions based on capacity and competence
  • Align operations strategy to overall business strategy and market requirements
  • Choose between push, pull, theory-of-constraints, MRP, and ERP control approaches
